Clearwater Ranch was a massive chunk of land deeeeep in the heart of Texas. Having done decades of duty as pastureland, the folks at Think Tank 3 were commissioned to help sell its development potential. Imagine it…wide open + virgin territory in the middle of the state where independence is valued above almost anything else in the entire universe. All up for settling. From the branding to the site, we weren’t afraid to mirror the starkness of the land or to let viewers paint their own pictures of the perfect plot. It’s a development after all. It’s there to be reinvented.

The resulting package was unique, memorable, and distinctive. Not the average fare for the world of real estate, that’s for certain.
